Return Policy

Return and inspection guidance for furniture orders delivered in the UAE.

Please inspect your furniture at the time of delivery and report any visible damage, missing parts, or incorrect items as soon as possible.

Eligible returns must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Custom, made-to-order, assembled, or specially requested items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Approved returns are reviewed after inspection. Refunds or replacements are processed according to the original order condition, payment method, and product status.
